Return window: We provide a 7-day return period, meaning you must request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
When returns are accepted
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To qualify for an approved return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as delivered, kept in its original packaging without being opened or torn, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Because of the nature of our products, items with opened or torn packaging are not eligible for return, even if unused. In those cases, we may offer a 30% discount code for a future order as a courtesy.
Return shipping
Approved returns are not free. Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue and assist you.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items with opened or torn packaging
- Personal care products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible return is approved, the fastest solution is usually to place a new order separately.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
For orders delivered to countries in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must still be unused, unworn, kept in original unopened and untorn packaging, include any tags, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Unless the item is defective, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
